ACUMIX Mixer Model AQB
is our economy top entering bung mounted direct drive mixer. Our
rugged 2" NPT Bung assembly is constructed of corrosion resistant 316L {Low
Carbon} Stainless Steel (316SS Hardware). The motor coupling will also be
constructed of 316LSS stainless steel for precise alignment to minimize shaft
deflection and to enable ease of installation. Motor options include 1750
RPM's both 115/208-230 Volt, 1 phase and 208-230/460 Volt 3 Phase, TEFC
(Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled) designs. XP (Explosion Proof - Class I,
Group D, Class II, Group F&G, T3C) and intrinsically safe variable speed Air
Motors are also available. Variable speed motor options are available upon
request. The agitator shaft and maximum effect propeller(s) are as specified, which are measured
from the mixers mounting base. All wetted parts will be constructed of
316L {Low Carbon} Stainless Steel (with 316SS hardware). Each
mixers will be "Manufactured in USA" and
will be built with pride and dedication.
