ACUMIX Mixer Models AQE
is our economy top entering open tank swivel mounted mixer with either a 316L {Low
Carbon} Stainless Steel C-Clamp <vertical mounting surface> or a 316L {Low
Carbon} Stainless Steel Cup-Plate
<horizontal mounting surface/bolt-on> for
mounting to a suitable support structure. Model AQE features a 98%
efficient high strength single helical gear reduction. The motor coupling will be
constructed of 316L {Low Carbon} stainless steel for precise alignment to minimize shaft
deflection and to enable ease of installation. 1750 RPM motor options include both
115/208-230 Volt, 1 phase and 208-230/460 Volt 3 Phase, TEFC
(Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled) designs. XP (Explosion Proof - Class I,
Group D, Class II, Group F&G, T3C) and intrinsically safe
variable speed Air Motors are also available. Variable speed motor options are available upon
request. The agitator shaft and propeller are as specified, which are measured
from the mixers mounting base. All wetted parts will be constructed of
316L {Low Carbon} Stainless Steel. All hardware will be 316SS. Each
mixer will be "Manufactured in USA" and will be built with pride
and dedication.
