ACUMIX Mixer Model AQBG top entering
closed tank bung mounted mixer with oversized bearings and heavy gage high
strength cast aluminum housing with our rugged 2" NPT Bung assembly, constructed of corrosion resistant 316L {Low
Carbon} Stainless Steel with 316SS Hardware. The gearbox is
equipped with a high strength (4140 steel) single helical 5:1 gear reduction.
Please note this is not low quality planetary gearing. The one-piece
output shaft is precision aligned with the housing, bearings, and gearing.
Please note that non-aligning, non-concentric couplings are not used. The
output shaft features a quick release chuck for precise alignment to minimize
shaft deflection and enable ease of installation. The impeller (IMP.) will
be equipped with a stabilizing ring. All wetted parts will be constructed
of 316L {Low Carbon) Stainless Steel (316SS hardware). Each mixers nameplate
will specifically state, "Manufactured in USA" and will be built with
pride and dedication. Motor options include both single and three phase
TEFC (Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled), XP (Explosion Proof), and intrinsically safe
variable speed Air Motors. Variable speed motor options are available upon
request.
